Concrete Forming Crew.

We are currently seeking professionals in the concrete forming industry with a sub crew to offer, we want you to join our team. As a concrete forming subcrew, you'll play a critical role in helping us create high-quality structures that stand the test of time.

Collaborate with our team to plan and execute concrete forming projects on time and within budget.

Follow safety guidelines and ensure that all crew members are adhering to safety protocols.

Coordinate with other sub crews and contractors on site to ensure efficient and effective project execution.

May include assisting with site preparation, including excavation, layout, grading, and leveling.

Perform concrete formwork, including constructing, installing, and aligning forms according to project plans.

Pour, level, and smooth concrete using various tools and techniques.

Remove forms once concrete is set and finish concrete surfaces as required.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in concrete forming and finishing, with a demonstrated ability to lead a sub crew.

A deep understanding of concrete forming techniques, materials, and equipment.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with other sub crews, contractors, and project managers.

A commitment to safety and the ability to ensure that all crew members are following safety protocols.

Availability to work flexible hours and weekends as required.

Own your own tools and equipment, including concrete finishing tools and safety gear.

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
