We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Construction Layout Detailer to join our team. As a Construction Layout Detailer in concrete forming, you will be responsible for producing accurate and detailed drawings and plans for concrete formwork.

Creating detailed drawings and layouts for concrete formwork: You will use your expertise in concrete formwork to create detailed and accurate drawings and layouts of concrete formwork, including foundation walls, slabs, columns, beams, and other concrete structures.

Reviewing construction plans and specifications: You will review construction plans and specifications to ensure that they are accurate, complete, and meet all necessary requirements. You will also collaborate with other construction professionals, such as engineers, architects, and contractors, to ensure that the plans and specifications are complete and accurate.

Calculating material quantities and costs: You will use your expertise in concrete formwork to calculate the quantities of materials required for a project and estimate the associated costs. This will involve working with construction professionals to understand the specific needs of the project, such as the size of the structure, the type of concrete required, and the location of the project.

Ensuring compliance with safety regulations: You will ensure that all drawings and layouts comply with safety regulations and standards. This will involve reviewing safety requirements and making necessary changes to the plans and specifications to ensure compliance.

Collaborating with project managers and site supervisors: You will collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure that the construction process is running smoothly and that any issues are addressed in a timely manner. You will also provide support to the site supervisors as needed, such as reviewing plans and specifications or providing guidance on specific aspects of the project.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of concrete formwork and construction practices

Experience using AutoCAD or other drafting software

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Attention to detail and accuracy
