The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare accurate and detailed estimates for construction projects. They will also be responsible for creating detailed drawings, schedules, and other documents to facilitate the construction process.

Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and other documentation to prepare accurate and detailed estimates for construction projects related to concrete forming.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other team members to gather all necessary information needed for preparing estimates.

Use computer software and other tools to create detailed drawings, schedules, and other documents related to the construction process.

Ensure that all estimates are completed within established timelines and meet quality standards.

Provide support and advice to project managers and other team members during the construction process, as needed.

Attend site visits and meetings to gather information needed for estimates and to provide advice and guidance on construction-related issues.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, standards, and regulations related to concrete forming and construction estimating.

Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations to improve efficiency and accuracy in the estimating and detailing process.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create proposals and presentations for potential clients.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimating and detailing, with a focus on concrete forming.

Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques related to concrete forming.

Proficiency in computer software and tools such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

Knowledge of SEO principles and techniques to optimize content for search engines.
