Safety Manager.

  • As a safety manager in concrete forming, your primary responsibility is to ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed to protect workers, the public, and the environment.

  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures: You will be responsible for developing and implementing safety policies and procedures that meet the regulatory requirements and company standards. You will ensure that all employees are trained on safety protocols and that safety measures are consistently followed.

    Conduct safety inspections: You will conduct regular inspections of job sites to identify potential hazards and ensure that safety procedures are being followed. You will document any safety issues and work with management to address and resolve any safety concerns.

    Investigate accidents and incidents: You will investigate any accidents or incidents that occur on job sites to determine the root cause and identify any necessary corrective actions. You will work with management and employees to develop preventative measures to reduce the likelihood of similar incidents in the future.

    Maintain safety records and reports: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate safety records and reports, including incident reports, safety training records, and safety inspection reports. You will use this data to identify trends and develop safety plans and programs to address any identified safety issues.

    Conduct safety training: You will provide safety training to employees on an ongoing basis to ensure that they understand the safety protocols and procedures that are in place. You will work with management to develop and implement safety training programs to address any identified safety issues or concerns.

    Stay current on safety regulations: You will stay current on all safety regulations and laws to ensure that the company is in compliance with all regulatory requirements. You will work with management to develop and implement policies and procedures that meet or exceed regulatory requirements.

    Promote a culture of safety: You will promote a culture of safety throughout the organization by encouraging employees to take an active role in safety and providing resources and support to help them do so. You will work with management to develop safety goals and objectives and track progress towards achieving them.
